Feeling weak

ANo excuse other then tennis elbow but started working out yesterday doing the TRX and finding out that I'm a weakling!!
How long has it taken you to gain strength and endurance?
 
For me it's at least a month of regular and progressive workout. Don't worry about it though, you'll gain strength eventually. If you have a problem with tennis elbow or any other joint problems try swimming. It's low impact and builds a lot of endurance.
