Feeling weak sometimes

hey its brago agian anyway another thing I'm a bit confused about sometimes for some reason my body feels weaker when doing my workouts and sometimes I feel a heck of a lot stronger.me feeling weak only happens to me about 1 time per week anyone know the couse of this do I need to do relaxation exersise too befor I warm-up my body becouse what I usaly do is I warm-up with 30 jumping jacks,then strech out all my mucles,the I do my FBW
 
The days that you feel weak, have you checked youve ate correctly?
 
I think the first place you look is: Diet (and water consumption) and rest/recuperation periods allowed inbetween training. What are these like?

How often are you eating during the day? What are your nutrient ratios like?
 
I've noticed this with me as well. It's usually when i've had little or nothing to drink, which means it could be mild dehydration. Just make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water a day and more for workout days.
 
I've found that when I eat poorly it really affects my work outs. My endurance is way down and my power is way down. Check your diet.
 
Of course I think you need to eat properly, get enough rest, have pre-workout nutrition in line, etc. But, I don't really think it can be avoided, some days you are going to feel weaker and some stronger.
