I have been jogging often the past two and a half weeks. Since I'm just starting out I alternate between walking and jogging. Today and on one other occasion I have felt strong pains in my legs. Its usually on my thighs and calfs (spelling?). The first time it was so strong I had to stop half-way and practically drag myself home in pain. The second time It was near the end, not as strong, but still painful.
I got rid of the pain rather quickly with some JointFlex cream.
