Feeling a bit down..is this normal?

I have been eating healty, I have been exercising, I have been doing it all properly, (apart from one or two lapses in the diet)...yet I'm feeling really quite low.

I shouldnt be because it's my sons second birthday tomorrow, and I have planned this amazing party for him etc, and I'm really looking forward to it. Yet I still can't help but feel low. I don't even know why I'm feeling low. That's what is strange to me.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know
