Feelin' Guilty !!!

OK....So I gave in to a craving a few days ago and I can't seem to shake the guilt. It was only for one meal and an hour or so later I worked out hard to
TRY to burn most or all of the extra calories off. I have been eating really
healthy and with no cheating for months and exercising 6 days a week but, finally a craving got the better of me. The next day I felt as though I'd failed
and didn't completely stick to my healthy eating either. I don't want to fall back into the way I used to eat just because I cheated once or twice!?!?
I don't want to fall off the wagon! Do any of you ever do this and if so,
How do you combat the guilt if any? Tina

Hiya

Well why dont you use the guilt as a motivator to stay away from cravings, like the next time you want something not so healthy just remember how this last time made you feel when you gave in. Dont combat the guilt use it to your advantage.

Hi Fitski, You're right about that! I believe that will definitely help me to stay away from whats bad next time!!! I just hate to feel guilty, I believe we all
should be able to eat something totally bad and delicious on occassion, but
it's just not worth the guilt or the set back. Tina

hmmm, i have fallen off wagon too but always got rite back on. i already do an hour of cardio 7 days a week so im not really able to do extra exercise to balance it out if i cheat. the guilt IS awful tho.

WOW, An hour of cardio 7 days a week!!!! I think it's time for me to increase
my cardio! I only do 30 minutes a day 6 maybe 7 days a week. It was working,
I was losing weight but now I'm just maintaining. I can't get completely back into the healthy eating, but the guilt sure does make me sweat it off later!!!
