OK....So I gave in to a craving a few days ago and I can't seem to shake the guilt. It was only for one meal and an hour or so later I worked out hard to
TRY to burn most or all of the extra calories off. I have been eating really
healthy and with no cheating for months and exercising 6 days a week but, finally a craving got the better of me. The next day I felt as though I'd failed
and didn't completely stick to my healthy eating either. I don't want to fall back into the way I used to eat just because I cheated once or twice!?!?
I don't want to fall off the wagon! Do any of you ever do this and if so,
How do you combat the guilt if any? Tina
