Feedback Needed...

Resently been thinking of using "Nocturnal, by NDS" for muscle recovery and help for sleep. Would like to know what others think about it. All feedback is appreciated.

Never used it or heard of it. ZMA gives me a kick ass night of sleep.

Unfamiliar with it, so I looked it up. It contains stuff I've never heard of...and...ZMA!

Go pickup a bottle of NOW brand ZMA. Its on sale here, $9 for 90 caps.

I only take 2 at a time and I sleep like a king.

And I order from vitaglo all the time, but use whomever you like.
