Weight-Loss February: time to lose that unnecssary 'r' that has gathered in the middle.

Let's turn February into Febuary by losing that unneeded 'r' weight. Pick a day of the week to weigh in and a target weight for the end of the month and get to it.

My goal is to get to 282 pounds by the end of the month.

And to start the month off:

February 1: 288.5
February 7:

February 21:
Febuary 28:

A helpful weight loss tip: break up with your significant other on February 13 and then get back together on February 15 and you can avoid getting that pesky box of chocolates in between. :D
 
My goal is to get to 156 pounds by the end of the month.
That is an average of over 1% per week so I will be lucky to get close...

Unfortunately I cannot follow it as I plan on getting Rod to accompany me for 2 hours of salsa dancing on 14th (it being a Thursday)...
 
My goal is to get to 315 pounds by the end of the month.

I'll weigh in on Fridays and on Thursday the 28th of course.

Going to keep it going on Saturdays for me, and sticking with 2lb a week currently. (Roughly what I need a week to hit my target in Sep) :) Obviously prefer higher loss, so it's easier down the line but wouldn't be disappointed with 2s!

So good to see a few familiar faces and new faces too! Here we go again yay! I find that I am way more aware of what I put into my mouth, especially when im really hungry. Thats when temptation strikes the hardest lol!

Well that 288.5 was unusually low at the time, and I factored that into my target weight. That 282 is still well within range.

Hey, my scale loves me today! Unfortunately I don't think I can take it out for a romantic dinner.

My goal is 144, less than 4 pounds! If I can't make that, then I truly suck.

Some good weigh in's but I still need to lose over a pound to make my goal. Gotta have a good week this next week. Though if I need to I can add the next week on cause I would be missing the month by one day, or I could take thursday the 28th's weigh in. Hoping to make it by next weeks weigh in though.
