So I decided I would start up the next monthly weigh in challenge. Maybe it will be more motivating to know I need to keep it going! I know it's a touch early, but it's too late to join January's and I needed to sign up for a challenge now.
As usual, choose a weigh in day (usually once a week), choose a goal weight for the month, and update each week with your weigh in!

Jan 31: 164.2
Feb 7: 162.6
Feb 14: 162.4
Feb 21: 163 :(
Feb 28: 161.2

Goal for the end of February: 156
I decided that instead of 10 pounds I would go for 8 since I've already 'lost' 4 pounds in water weight this week. Plus I'm starting out a couple pounds lighter than I thought I would weigh in today.

A bit early but I'm game :)
See if I can reach my goal of 118 (13.5 lbs from now. avg 2.7lbs/wk)

I'll get in on this. I'll set a modest goal, since I'm not sure what effect my medication will have. I'll shoot for 5 lbs this month. I might change that depending on how I do this weekend.

I'm in! I missed the January challenge.
My starting weight is 184.8. I'm hoping to get into the 170s by the end of this! So im doing about a pound a week for my goal! :)

I'm in, I have mini goal to reach before March starts. Will report start weight tomorrow at the 1st, need to weigh 124 kg even or less the last day of Feb.
 
I want to hit the 120s for tomorrow (not sure I can but we shall see), and I'd like to hit the 110s in Feb but that is probably unhealthy and very unlikely, so trying to my 2lbs/week again. Not that it happened last month but I have to try!

Well, between yesterday and today I gained .8lb. Sadly, since Tuesday I've gained half a lb, but I'm gonna be strict and get back to being healthy! I didn't hit my January goals, so I adjusted my February goals to reflect that.

Well that's a crappy start...though the next day (Sunday) I was back to 130.5 so yeah.

So down 1.6 pounds. Ate pizza last night so I was up 0.6 of a pound this morning from yesterday's weigh in. Hoping for a bit more lose next week but happy enough with that!
