Hi there,
I am John Green. I was very fat when I entered my 12th standard. Thereafter, I had joined a gym where I used to workout almost everyday and lost lots of extra kilos and returned back to shape. After that I stopped going to gym and doing workouts that is why I have become overweight. Now I am only 22 yrs old with height 5 10 and weighing nearly 100kg. Please help I am worried. Please give me some tips.
Thanks

) you do not need to have a perfect measurement of your weight. As long as you always weigh yourself on your scale, your weight-loss will be measured correctly. They have a lot of "fancy" weight machines out there right now, and I don't think that you need body fat, etc. just to check your weight. The way it measures fat % on a scale (electrical resistance) is not accurate anyway. Get a cheap one!!
