To start out I'm 5'5" and probably 115 pounds. I was around 130 but i was sick and lost weight. I play soccer mainly but also tennis and some other sports. This soccer season has been great to stay in shape but it is going to end soon so I need something to stay in shape and improve my stamina and endurance. I would also really like to work on my body strength because it really is bad. I would like to have a strong body as a result to help with soccer and everyday things. The problem is I have nobody to guide me and I have no machines so it would have to be bodyweight exercises. I came here because you guys know what I don't and I think you guys could help. So please help me find something to do. And, for food: basically, I don't drink much soda and I have hardly any candy, I love fruit and meat. I also love peanut butter. Are there other common foods that I should stay away from? I really would like to clen up what I eat. So any and all help will be appreciated.
