Sport Favourite low-fat foods!

Alrite peoples :) Lets post our fav low-fat foods and recipies :D

I love oatmeal - 1 cup raw oats mixed with boiling water and a little bit of orange juice. After its cooled I put in about a tablespoon of protein powder and then about half a cup of fruit. If I have low fat milk I'll use that instead of orange juice. This usually does me for breakfast!

Also I love tuna in spring water (drained) on wholegrain bread with a dollop of tomato sauce.

Boca Vegan Burger with organic lettuce/spinach, pickle slices, tiny bit of ketchup and organic shredded cheese all on 2 toasted slices of hemp bread.

It's loaded with good fat, high protein and yummy healthy carbs. Not to mention the taste is out of this world!

That's almost how I eat my boca burger! They may be a tad expensive but they are definately the best veggie burgers out there!

Lol... I have no idea what you're on about! Boca burger? Aye? I guess we don't have them down here in in NZ!
