hello, the past year..well actually more like 2++ ive been an addict to sugar, went through a depression with my career and food binged constantly....ive generally be in okish shape as i used to exercise all the time, but with work now i feel drained and am just to lazy, ive been working on my addiction to food and cravings are getting more manageable,
the biggest problem we all have is an addiction/cravings to food....if it wasnt for that we would all be thin, but hey, pizza, pop, chocolate etc is so good so we just have ''one last meal'' but its a never ending cycle...
i found a good replacement for my sugar cravings (protein bar/chocolate+peanut butter) to atleast not drive me insane and have a little bit while having the benefit of protein ...also found another energy drink that has 25 calories and it has 0 sugar but tastes sweet so i should be able to do this.....
i think im around 190...dont wana look at a scale...and am around 30% bodyfat or something like that, i have a huge gut which is really ew and im basically killing myself slowly with my eating habits.... so yeh, hello to all =) ill put some pictures up another time to keep track of how i progress.
