I am 32 yrs old male with a sedentary life style...i weigh 104kgs, 170cms tall and have a shadow that mocks me every time I go out....
Years of laziness & abusing my health, suddenly one day I wake from this ignorant lifestyle to find my body surrounded by encampment of huge armies of fat...
Enough is enough, I hereby declare war on fat and come here to discuss my strategy, seek support from my fellow warriors & keep a record of the battle.... FREEDOM!!!!!
