Sport Fat sources?

Sport Fitness
Hey I have a few questions.

Are peanuts and almonds good for your main source of fats? I cannot get fish oil or flax seeds, my parents simply won't buy it for me because they say it's something I don't need (coming from an average t.v. dinner family) and they already buy my whey protein and multivitamins. So I have to resort to peanuts and almonds.
I'm clean bulking and want to gain little to barely any fat (as I already have a teeny bit of fat to start with), so I'm trying to keep my diet clean as possible... will eating almonds/peanuts daily as my main source of fats make me gain extra body fat?

Also, which is better then the other (fat wise, don't really care about the protein content in them, easy to adjust changes with that)

Almonds are superior to peanuts and walnuts are superior to almonds! Always eat nuts raw :)

Can you try to get your family to eat salmon once in a while ;)

No sadly, my family hates fish :( Kinda weird seeing as how we live in Nova Scotia, but yeah.
Only fish we have is canned tuna for myself (parents buy it because it's cheap), but that only has 1 g. of fat per can.

Walnuts though huh? So if I get my fat intake from them, that would be my best bet in my situation? Or should I mix a few different types of nuts?

Eat as many different nuts as you want but walnuts would be the best as far as omega-3s (a type of polyunsaturated fat) goes. That's the fat that people are lacking more than any other.
