fat or muscle?

I'm not overweight, I'd just like to lose the extra fat I have. I have lost a few lbs so far, but I'm scared that I'm losing muscle instead of fat. I don't have time for much exercise and even if I did, I'm so lazy  I probably wouldn't stick to it. How can I make sure I'm losing fat instead of muscle?

keep your carbs low and your protein high. also stay on a low fat diet. no soda and plenty of water!

before and after a workout, make sure to have a good source of protein. That will help deminish any muscle burning ... shakes are good, but some tuna and chicken work just as well.
