Sport Fat/Muscle Weight Ratio

So I'm on this retarded diet that makes the Velocity Diet look like crippled puppies. Its only been 2 and a half weeks but I can tell Im cuttin up..

Anywho, I always see the glass half full (of any imported irish draught) and figure "Alright, the scale has not moved in these 2 weeks, I stay at 216-221" It must be because muscle is heavier? I always jump the scale in the morning, which from what I hear is the best time to weigh my fat ass..I only take in about 110-120 grams protein a day, and I lift monday-friday, cardio monday-saturday..about 1100 calories a day..

Am I getting more dense because of added muscle? Or am I failing miserably at losing fat?
 
Your not gaining muscle with 1100 calories and 110g protein thats for sure.

It's what most people will refer to as "starvation mode" . You are working the crap out of your body and it is sucking every last calorie and storing it for fear of death.....

All you are going to accomplish is to gain fat as soon as you start eating food!!!!

If you want to "get ripped" then you should do it the right way, thru the proper diet and exercise. All these "gimmicks" wil get you nothing but trouble......

sorry to be such a downer, but really, the only people who maintain muscular physiques and healthy bodies are those who do it the right way.......

1100 calories, all you've done so far is force your metabolism downward and to decrease energy expenditure and hormone regulation. If your trying to lose weight by trying to starve yourself...your not low enough, but you don't want to go any lower...

You've killed your metabolism.
 
Yeah, by only eating 1100 calories a day, you are probably losing muscle mass and preventing your body from letting go of fat.

You should be eating well over double that amount.

Check out the nutrition and weight loss stickies for some basic nutritional fundamentals. I'll tell you right now, whatever diet you are on now is doing more harm than good.

But really I know my basic nutrition fundamentals..I took health in 5th grade, learned all about carrots and ground beef and erections. Thanks for the advice!

Oh and yeah..almost forgot, I've lost over an inch on my waste, my face isnt as filled in, and the top of my abs are becoming much more noticeable...sorry I gave you a question with an answer that included not losing fat, because I am. Im sure such an unorthodox training program would point you in a direction to where only failure rests on my horizon, but my only problem is my weight ceasing to lower...I make the most retarded threads, let the flaming begin hahah **** it
