well ive been workin on the abs lately and i noticed a lot of the threads giving tips on abs on here say that fat is a lot to do with it. so i have been doin my exercises and only workin the abs once, maybe twice a week. but they are still not as defined as i want so what is a safe way to lose enough weight to define them more. im 15, about 5' 11" and 160lbs. i do not know my fat %. im going to the doctors for a check up soon and im ganna ask the doctor to measure it so ill know then and edit my post so u guys know if its important to know. thanks
