fat is not healthy

I have gained weight over several years. Dr. found I had a thyroid problem. Still working on that. It is important in my life to get back to normal. I find that eating nutrient rich foods is important. I have a freind from Malasya that has introduce me to good Asian food that is healty. She also introduced me to green tea which has helped with nutrients as well as energy. I am also exercising as much as I can. I find it is important not to over do as it weakens the immune system.
Being moderate will always work.
