Fat for too long!

Hello everyone,
My name is Basit and I recently started weight lifting and exercising. I am trying to lose weight because I feel like it's time for change. I have been fat for too long and it's been impacting my health negatively. I am currently in my second week of working out and going to the gym and to stay committed, I want to post about how much weight I have lost and see if I am on the right track!
