Hey all.
Ive started drinking green tea again, as my coffee and regular tea intake was escalating as i drink them to concentrate at work. Im going to try white tea as well, although its very expensive!
My current program aims to burn body fat whilst maintaining my weight.
Whilst strolling around the website of a well known health food retailer, i spotted fat burning tablets here ("fat metaboliser")
Normally id turn my nose up, but when i looked on the ingredients on the label its mainly green tea and vitamin b6.
So could i take on of these when i cant get my usual pre workout tea, ie when im travelling or just too busy?
Is there anything on there i should be avoiding?
