I have been following low calorie and low carb dieting plans for 2 months but without much success.

A few weeks ago , I stumbled across a website [link removed] which says low fat /low carb dieting plans are not effective. Reason because once our body has accustomed to a starvation diet ,our body will burn less calories per day. For instance , I am eating 2,000 fewer calories per day my body will begin burning 2,000 fewer calories per day so in reality my weight will remain the same even though I am eating 2,000 fewer calories per day.

I am now following the fat burning diet as outlined in the website , and it has been 2 weeks and I am so glad that I have lost 9lbs!

Does anyone of you follow Weight Watcher Or Jenny Craig's program ?

Just checked out the link and sites that tell you that you will lose 9lbs in 11 days should be avoided like the plague. It is some gimmicky rubbish to rob you of your money and isn't even healthy!!!!

Impossible

I don't think it is possible to loose weight so fast. They are just pulling money from you. Why do you people believe this kind of rubbish things?

Advice for members:

If you look at the entire post including the title, you can tell this is a spammer and not an actual person. All the parts are there so it is best not to respond.

The only reason that I reply is incase somebody new to the site gets to see it and believe it before the link gets deleted. It might just make them think twice before believing it.

fat burning

The regulation of your blood sugar level is one of the center pieces of a fat burning diet, permanent weight loss, and weight management.

What causes blood sugar to rise triggering an increase of insulin levels? The following:

* missed meals or prolonged periods between meals
* eating an increased amount of simple sugars
* large food quantities per meal
* double carbohydrate intake in one serving
