Cut The Carb Craving and Need To Eat
Hello mikesw15
Many people get stuck on the High Glycemic roller coaster ride. To keep this as short as possible, it means they eat foods that contain bad carbs which spikes the blood sugar. A short time later they come down off the spike and have a craving for carbs(food) again and they get another blood sugar spike and before they know it they are on the up and down roller coaster ride. This can also contribute to lack of energy throughout the day.
This unfortunately can be a culpret for putting on weight and getting on the path to becoming a diabetic. Dr. Strand's book "Releasing Fat" explains this and how to go about releasing the fat in his book which can be located at and possibly at your local book store.
To sum it up, the triad to losing weight and keeping it off are 1) a moderate exercise program 2) eating healthy foods 3) high quality nutritional supplement and anti-oxidants.
To cut the craving for carbs and get back on track, taking a 5 day high fibre cleanse is a great start. A year ago in mid-November I started this program and just before Christmas I had lost 23 lbs. I never gained a pound over the Christmas holidays.
I researched these products and many others thoroughly and was so impressed, I became a distributor for these products and you can research them at
