Losing flab quickly can usually be pretty difficult if youve been trying for a while. your first 10 lbs or so will melt off if you've just started (depending on how much extra fat you got), whether you use supps or not.

Fat burners are essentially stimulants which keep your metabolism going at a higher rate, and at the same time, tend to curb your appetite.

Personally, i prefer to keep things as natural as possible. Eating 6 small meals a day and keeping it healthy will be the main driving force in keeping your metabolism up. If you are new to fitness and dieting i would say first work to get your diet at its most effective point, then consider taking supps.

Tweaking your diet to get it to a point where it works takes time and experimentation. Adding supps into the mix is just one more variable to tweak. But this is just my opinion. Others may or may not agree. Just putting it out there for you.

do you know Xenical ()? Well, it's not a real fat burner, but with the help of Xenical you'll reduce automatically the amout of fat you eat with your daily food. If you're already on a low fat diet, it'll still help to reduce. It's also a good thing to have a pizza without having a bad conscience ;)
