Sport Fasting Month

Hi there,

After a month we'll be in the fasting month for 30 days, and we'll be fasting every day for about 12 hours. i was wondering what i have to do in order to minimize the muscle mass loss and maintain the weight.

I workout 4 days a week and eat 5 meals a day (about 2500 cal. / day).

High fiber and maximize your protein intake when you do eat. If you're doing cardio, you'll probably want to cut that out of your routine, as well as ease a good deal on your weight training. If I was fasting for a whole month, I'd probably just do a small bit of maintainence work, and sleep.

What do you mean by Maitenance Work? and what do you say about change my routine to full body 3 times a week.
