You are on a course that could lead to serious risk to your health. You have two options.
1-Ignore our advice and keep trying to hurt yourself in your manner and approach to fat loss
or
2-Take our advice, speak to a doctor about your health and start a new eating plan that consists of whole food, proper balance, and needed calories.
What you are doing to your body is unhealthy and especially for someone recovering from something in that position is downright personal neglect.
