Is losing 50lbs in 8 weeks to much i am not talking about starving myelf cause i know how bad that is but by constantly working out and eat properly.

I eat about 1500 to 1800 calories a day but i split my workouts into 2 days types ( find it helps rev metabolism) and i also take multi vitamins and fish oils for recovery.

Day1
20 min Instense Cardio 5 AM
15 min Intense Cardio 1 Pm optional
40 min Total Body strenght trainning (drink Iso flex to maintain muscle after workout) 3:30PM
20 Min Intense Cardio 5PM
15 Min Cardio 630PM
15 Min Cardio 730 PM

Day 2
20 min intense Cardio 5AM
15 Min Cardio 1 Pm optional
40 Min intense cardio + abs trainning 3:30
20 Min Intense Cardio 5PM
15 Min Intense Cardio 630PM
15 Min Intense Cardio 730PM

I only take isoflex powder on Day 1 after 40 min trainning
 
Depends how big you was to begin with..but that averages to 6.25 pounds a week..for the most part yeah, not that healthy but there could be other factors involved.
 
I am Male 25 yrs 5'10" 255 Pretty active big build (like football Player) Got alot of Fat on Me but i do also carry alot of Muscle. I am not interested in building muscle mainly i just want to maintain my muscle or even losing a bit would not be so bad.
