Fast Ways

I don't know much about those two things, but I believe getting the cut the fastest and staying as healthy as possible is by just doing a calorie deficit, maintaining cardio responsibly and taking in around 1.5g of protein per lb. of body weight.

There might be more, but I believe thats the general idea.

but at 21 years old at weighing around 140-150 for me i dont think calories is a huge deal.. just by my daily activites im sure i burn enough calories to not have to worrie about every nutrition chart on everything i eat.. plus i work out every one and a while (bench press and dumbells)
 
Don't those two things help you gain usually? Do some cardio. I recommend running and especially jumproping.
 
ok recently ive only been lifting weights and doing situps.. no cardio yet..
