Sport FAST breakfest?

Im always late. I need a high protein breakfest I can make fast....before school or even tak to school with me.....any ideas....
 
Egg whites with oats.

Can be cooked in 5 min.
 
They're just like poached eggs, they normally take 60-90 seconds. I also find that scrambled eggs taste better when nuked
 
When I gotta be at work for 05.30, I'm up at 5.05

wash,
clothes
Shaker
water
2scoops
Shake
Multi vit
Drink
Bagle in mouth
out the door

Total time - 7-8mins
