Hi! My entire family has always struggles with weight problems and a FEW family members have been able to exercise to death it seems and be able to lose weight. I am 16 years old and I struggle with depression and sleep problems along with terrible allergies (I take medication for all of that) I ride horses and I take care of all sorts of animals (from goats to ponies!) so I'm not lazy! I hate throwing my body type out there because it's embarrassing but I'm fairly short maybe at 5'3" and I weigh just above 200 lb's. My mother is also very heavy and only slightly taller than me. She was in a car accident and was a taekwondo master when she was in college. She was a paramedic as well before the accident. She broke her sea spine and has metal holding it up and therefore had to give up her medical dream and now is confined to living on disability at home. She cannot do any sort of heavy lifting or a lot of general exercise because it can hurt her badly. My grandmother is 67 years old and has terrible arthritis throughout her body, mostly in her knees. She works 10 hour days on her feet so is once again NOT just sitting around eating junk food. We all TRY and eat healthy (I think we all know how much of a struggle that can be!) and we all try to be as active as physically possible. If anyone maybe has some ideas or anything then let me know!

Exercise is not the main key to loosing weight, Diet is the most important factor.
