Sorry guys I'm late, had to work a double and just got home. Well as before, this thread is for the weigh-ins, the other thread is where the challenges will be posted.


Someone was unsure about what the "actual weight" meant. This is your actual weight at the end. For example, suppose your goal weight was 170, but you only made it to 175, or you made it to 165, that is your actual weight at the end of the challenge.


I would ask the two participants, sorry for the inconvenience, but could you post your weighins on this thread. TIA As always good luck everyone.

1st Challenge: Increase any daily exercise activity by 10%. (That is, if you do 50 abs, you increase it by 5, or if you chose legs and you do 50 squats or lunges, you do 55 instead, whichever muscle groups you chose, and if you don't do any exercise at all, you chose a number, maybe 10 crunches a day, and do 12)

I'll have a format that's a tad different. I'll show my weight lost instead of my actual weights. I'll start at a total of 0 lost since the challenge just began. I hope to lose 17-20lbs by the end of this year. I'll also exercise about 6 hours between each weigh in. That's a comfortable 3hrs a week. I'll continue my 500 calorie/day deficit and drink my usual 80oz-120oz of water a day. The only things new will be increasing my exercise by 10% (which will eventually take me over 3hrs a week) and the Breast Cancer 1/2 Marathon. I've never done something like that before. It's exciting. Life is good ^_^
