being a 'professionall' (i.e. yo-yo) dieter i have been on almost every single diet. i woke up on the 2nd of september 09 feeling depressed and totally miserable - i can not go on like this! having heard so much about dr. cohen's diet i did a bit of research and was inspired. i started the diet (unofficially i have to add - meaning that i have not joined up again, i am just using the eating plan that was given to me at a previous attempt) on the same day. i have been on tlc before and was quite surprised by the similarities (sure the 'creators' of the eating plans will not admit it, but it does'nt really matter - what matter is that it works). so, anyone on these eating plans - pop in and say 'hi'! some advice,guidance, hints n tips will come in handy - to everyone in the group! even if it's just to say -' i had an awesome day', or 'i 'm having a crappy day - please help me to stay on track!' feel free to share your success stories and even your disappointments - i had the words 'support group' but this is what the idea of this group is! get involved, it's always easier to tackle the journey with a friend or ten! ) good luck and looking forward to hearing from you!
