Lay on your back with the BOSU under your neck. One foot should be outstretched, the other should be bent up, foot firmly planted on the ground. Your arms should rest comfortably on the floor at your sides. Extend your hips raising them, and your outstretched leg off the floor. Your body and outstretched leg should from a straight line. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds, return to the starting position, switch legs and repeat.
