My name is Cass and I am here because I have gained 30kg since my daughter was born in 2014. I want to take control of my body and health again. I hope to connect with others who are also taking this journey so that we can encourage and inspire each other. My approach to weight loss is holistic. Part of my journey will be about addressing the roots my overeating which are connected to stress, caffeine overload, sugar addiction, hormone imbalance and poor organisation. I talk more about this in my diary.
I live in Australia with my partner Dan and our 3 children. We have a dog. Sadly we lost our cat 2 weeks ago. I am also a uni student studying Sociology, International Relations and Human Geography. Dan works as an Aged Carer. My hobbies including taking photos, studying and spending time with my children. It is summer in Australia - my favorite time of the year! We have been making the most of the beach and going for walks in the evening.
