Hey everyone. As the title says, I don't feel comfortable about my calves at all - to the point of never wearing skirts or shorts outdoors even during summer time.
As a bit of background, I'm 5'3 and weigh 50kg. Leg measurements 50cm (thigh), 35cm (calves), 20cm (ankles). This time last year I tried dieting and dropped 5kg (also lost 2 inches off the thigh), but even then there was barely any change to my calves, so I guess they're primarily muscle/genetic.
Anyone have any advice on how to slim them down?
