Ok finally noticing a difference in weight now.
I have been on a very strick diet, eating anything from 900 to 1500 calories a day and i have been doing 7 hours a week plus walking and i am virtually always active, doing housework running up and down stairs etc.
I have lost nearly 11 pounds in 5-6 weeks! In the past 2 weeks i have lost 6 pounds! i started at 10 stone 11 and im now 10 stone 0.6 pounds or something like that!
