I am 23 years old and am looking to lose about 25 pounds. I am currently at 159.4 pounds. I have gained about 20 pounds since high school and am looking to lose around 20-25 pounds. I am starting today by trying out the rice diet to get me started. Hope this diary helps me out.:)

good luck with your weight loss challenge... The rice diet seems like a good place to start... :)
 
For Lunch:
Baked potatoe

I know I should be eating fruit with this also but I don't have a big appetite today.
