Sport Extended days/3rd shifts...

Hi all,

My work requires a shift rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (just weekends) and I find myself putting in long days (up to 24 hours without sleep). I was wondering if there are any good tips for curbing appetite (especially from the vending machines)? I bring along a meal bar, some fruit, and sometimes a lean cuisine. Also, should my meal plan be revised for days/nights such as these; such as holding off on my carbs and proteins until later in the day? Any advice, especially from people with 3rd shift experience would be much appreciated, thanks!
