Sport Extended blendigng better than juicer?

I want to start incorporating some juicer meals into my nutrion.

Is a jucier necessary, or is extended blending ok?

It alsmost seems that blending is better because I get the ruf***e?

Thoughtss?

Is the Juiscer neded?

I think the juicer is good one Because their functions are totally different. Blenders use rotating blades to break down the solid items in the blender, and all components of the food item end up in the final product. A juicer is designed to remove the juice from a produce item. Blenders often contain multiple settings for various degrees of blending and are generally considered more multipurpose than a juicer, whose sole function is to separate the juice of an item from the solid parts and fiber content of the food.
 
Both blending and juicing are excellent. Blending provides all the nutrition plus fiber which helps with keeping regular in addition to keeping you satiated. There is also less mess as you simply toss everything in.

Juicing provides condensed nutrition and is absorbed more quickly into the system to to its liquid state.

It is important to chew your smoothies to release enzymes in the saliva to assist in break down and avoid bloat.
