Sport Expired Flax Oil?

Anything wrong with using expired flax oil? It's just sitting in my fridge and still looks the same as when I bought it except that it expired a couple weeks ago. I just don't wanna waste what I have left of it.

I'd get a new one just in case. Though, I have drank a litre of rotten milk once, nothing happened to me.

Does it have a press date?

Smell it and taste a little...does it taste nasty or good and nutty?

If it really is expired it can actually be harmful to you (flaxseed turns into linseed oil).

Oh, and you might be alright if your fridge is more on the colder side too.

From what I hear there is nothing harmful about linseed oil.

it doesn't smell bad but it smells different from when I first bought it. I'll jsut buy a new bottle anyways
