Experiment with NO2 - which product?

So, I'm always explaining how NO2 products don't really benefit you, performance wise.

Well, I got a little extra bonus this month, so I figured I could either get myself a really classy hooker (or a dozen crack-whore hookers...), or I could just blow it on some supplements and provide some feedback for everyone.

I basically already have it narrowed down to two BSN products:
Nitrix - Bodybuilding.com - BSN Nitrix - Enhances Size! On sale now!

and

NO-Xplode - Bodybuilding.com - BSN NO-Xplode - Extreme Nitric Oxide & Creatine Surge! On sale now!

Near as I can tell, they're the same thing except Xplode is also a bit of an 'energy drink' too and thus costs more, for a lot less product. both contain Creatine ethyl ester as well.

Now, I workout in the evening, so I don't wanna be up til 1 am cuz of the caffine and taurine in Xplode. However it does seem to be more popular between the two.

Also the reason I've chosen BSN brand is because what little research has been done on arginine, shows that its synergistic with l-citrulline, and both of these products contain that amino.

I may just order both and then test them independently. on weekends I do tend to workout in the a.m. so the Xplode might work well for that.

So, offer up any opinions and/or your own experience with either product, so that I may choose wisely and be able to truly give an opinion on this supplement 'fad'.

Go with nitrix. I've used both, and most recently used Nitrix (as evo suggested when I asked) in prep for a comp, for pumps on low calorie/carb/sodium days. I think it's one of the best 'NO' type supps out, which may not say much, but it says somethin.

Yup it's me, and thanks! Note the beautiful bathroom backdrop, and I won't comment on how to get that good of a pump in your right arm, I mean, arm :D

I only ended up going with NO Explode as it was on sale at GNC and included enough protein shake samples to make it 'reasonable'.

I got the fruit punch flavor as i figured it was the least offensive. Let me tell ya, its hard drinking a glass of sweet tart flavored stuff.

I didn't do more than 1.5 scoops...and honestly I wish they'd list on the label how many grams of Creatine ethyl ester you get per scoop. That's a big turn off.

Beyond that, I noticed nothing special in my workout, but the caffine buzz is noticable at 1.5 scoops, and normally I can drink coffee at bedtime and sleep like a baby.

In the end I think its a pricy way to get CEE and caffine, and the flavor could be toned down a hair, but that's just my two cents.
As for the NO2 pump, it didn't feel any different than when I took straight l-arginine.
