Exersises/wrkt plan wanted badly!!

Hello everybody I was looking for a good way to stay in shape...here are some facts,


I am 14yrs old
I am 5,1 (Small But sturdy)
105 lbs
Want to build a lot of muscle
Other than mandatory athletics, I work out about 1-3hrs per day.

In the fall season, I row and winter I do strength taining for rowing. Spring I play lacrosse. I am (very) small for a rower but I like it and I have built a lot of muscle. Now that I am playing lacrosse I would start working out for crew next year. I have no machines at home. Just a bar, some weights, a dumbell, and a racing bike.

If someone would please let me know some good exersises or an exersize plan that would be really cool.

How much weights in total do you have and is that one or two dumbells?
 
No, I was asking the total poundage of the weights. Just asking because you may need more weights if you want to build muscle.
 
I can go buy any weights that are needed... but no machines

What is your diet like? I'd think you'd need an excellent one to keep the pace in those sports as well as make gains and just to be 14 in general.

If I were you I'd be measuring out daily protein intake by the metric ton! ;)
 
I feel that location is very important. No plan will help to build bunk if you don't have the necessary equipment. You would need access to a gym to really train and build bunk. Even my ruggers who are big and beefy head to the gyms. :)
