Exercising too much?!

Alright this is going to sound like a very weird question but could I possible ever exercise too much? Today I burnt 1065 calories at the gym..and was there for about 2 hours. I also walked my treadmill at home for 45 mins burning like 175 calories. I eat around 1,200 calories a day. I don't think I'm doing too much but everyone at work says I am but I figure they are jealous that I'm losing weight. I'm not sure though.
 
How do you feel? If you constantly feel exhausted then maybe bring it back a bit. If you are feeling good then keep it up.
 
What are you doing at the gym? I'm assuming you're not doing that every day? If that's the case, personally I would probably stretch it out more. If you really are burning that much and consuming that little, your blood sugar would be way down and you would have these insane food cravings, which isn't good. I would say to try to chop off only 500 calories a day, and you'd lose a pound per week at that rate.
 
You don't think your doing too much? You burned every calorie you consumed through exercise alone, not counting what your metabolism burned. I'd say that's extreme. You might want to cut back a little on the exercise.
 
For a week i was kicking my arse at the gym, 1 hour on the elpitical, .5 on the bike, etc. I was leaving there buring at least 1000 calories and my diet keeps me right around 1500 intake. I stalled, i couldn't loose weight. I think my body was going into starve mode and just hording everything it could to keep me alive. Either up your calories a little, to like 1600-1800 if you want to keep that level of cardio up, or cut the cardio back to like 40 minutes a day. You'll see a big drop all of a sudden, mine was 4 lbs.
 
yea its gotta be cus they are jealous theres nothing else it could be
