Hi guys, so I'm new here, I am 95kg and I'm trying to lose weight in order to become healthier and generally more athletic. I do kickboxing (which includes a vigorous warm up and stretching), I also walk home from school everyday which is generally a 30 minute walk. During the holidays, I do sports like swimming and ice-skating etc. Anyway, I feel like I want to do more as I feel like I'm not doing enough. Also, doing exercise always makes me feel really happy and relaxed and also puts me off junk food for like the next 12 hours so I want to do more. The problem is, I never seem to find the motivation to work out on my own, in the kickboxing gym, everybody is contributing and our teacher is giving us the orders, so when I try to start on my own, I always feel awkward and I never really have a proper plan to follow which usually leads me to ditching the exercise. I also live in a flat so I'm trying to avoid exercises like jumping jacks so I don't disturb our neighbours downstairs. I'm trying to lose weight mainly on my stomach and thighs and any help with coming up with exercise routines will be greatly appreciated... Thank you

Hundreds of studies have shown that regular exercises strengthen muscles, lungs, and heart. It also reduces the risk of premature death and the risk of serious diseases such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, disorders of fat levels, colon and breast cancer, and metabolic syndrome (a combination of medical disorders characterized by the presence of at least three danger factors, such as: overweight and obesity, high blood pressure, high triglyceride levels, low HDL cholesterol, the type of irregular sugar level in the blood) level. Physical activity enhances the unity of the mind (mental capacity) and provides you with energy.
