I wasn't sure where to place this post but this seemed like the best place.
Getting right to the point...I'm skinnier than a guy my age (19) should be and i want to put on some weight so I thought working out might be a good idea. I want to start with situps/pushups, exercises that do not require me to use equipment as i am too insecure to workout around other people at the moment. My 2 questoins are:
1. There's nowhere to ground my feet for doing situps, is there any way around this?
2. All I know is situps and push ups...what other exercises would be good, is there somewhere that explains a bunch of different exercises that don't require equipment?
