Im working out at home, just started again today. I only have dumbells.
My current/previous routine is these exercises, both once a week: (4 one day 4 3 days later)
Bicep curls
shoulder press
side lats
squats
Front lats
Row
upright row
calf raises
But i dont think these exercises are hitting where i need them, im quite happy with my arms and shoulders, I think ive done enough on them compared to the rest of my torso. What i feel i need work on is chest and rib area, also my back sometimes feels weak so id like to get that stronger too.
Any recommended exercises would be greatly appreciated.
