Exercise and good health go hand in hand - well, hand over hand, foot over foot - even just walking and stretching every day is an improvement over doing nothing but brushing your teeth. I've been in exercise slumps and they aren't always easy to snap.

Snapping a no exercise life style for me is one of getting disgusted with my lazy behavior and attitude - the same for other bad habits. THAT requires constant awareness and clarity so that change can happen.

Healthy food, exercise, lots of healthy fluids AND getting enough sleep all go together - wellness is a choice.
