its possible you are looseing inches or gaining muscle wich is a good thing

Hey Cerella!

I would suggest you start keeping track of your intake, and activity. Then you can see what you are doing every day, and what might need to be changed. For example, do you eat in the evening? How much water do you drink? If you're eating healthy, are you getting ENOUGH calories? You don't want to cut down too much:) Try keeping a journal every day (and you have to be honest:D ), then you can look back.

Also, take measurements! Like Brat said, maybe you have lost a few inches, but because you may be building muscle (which is heavier than fat), it may not show on the scale.

While Curves prides itself on 30 minute workouts, you may need 30 minutes of cardio and then weights to really lose the weight. Keeping a journal will help. Maybe you're eating a handful of candy after lunch and didn't really think about it before.

Also, check out The Spotter for health and nutrition advice.
