Exercise w/ bowflex question

I've been using a bowflex system for months now, and is seeing results. But i don't feel like its really working anymore and heres why. During the workout I tire-out my muscles like i'm supposed to. But soon after the workout I feel like i'm back to normal, almost like i didn't use my muscles. Is this normal or what?

I do 15 reps, 3 sets now.
 
Try going fewer reps and more sets, e.g., 5 sets of 5 reps with more weight.
