Hi all
Just wanted to get an idea on how to carry on spin bike exercise despite having a prostate infection.
I have been cycling up to now without shorts with padding. I have bought a pair now.
Also i guess i need to change my seat posture to avoid putting pressure on that whole groin/perenium area.
I have a tendancy to lean forwards. Should i be sitting more upright ?
I only do 20 mins a day on the bike 5 nights a week.
I dont want to give it up as it improves my quality of like a hell of a lot - its the best and most time effieicent exercise i can do. (i havent got time for long runs or going to the gym).
Anyone else experienced these problems or have any advice..
Thanks
Mackabee
