Exercise Regiment

I'm 18 years old, about 6'1" 180 lbs. I'm looking to get in shape before college, and am aiming specifically to build my upper body and lose a bit of weight overall. I am willing to spend up to 10 hrs/week to accomplish this. Does anyone have any ideas on a regiment that would allow me to do this? Thank you very much.
 
jog.. jog id say is the single most thing that'll burn those calories off. As for building up you're upperbody, id say do chin ups, benchpress, push ups, and butterflies. As for what to eat, thats not my department, hopfully someone else can help you out with that, but what i do know is, drink water, and lots of it, and eat 5-6 meals a day (smaller meals, itll help speed up you're metabolism)
